PT Citra Tubindo Tbk (the “Company”) has acquired 7,920,000 shares in PT Citra Pembina Pengangkutan Industries from PT Sarana Citranusa Kabil, both are companies are controlled by the Company. Share Sale and Purchase Agreement signed on November 18, 2021.
The transaction was carried out for the purpose of internal restructuring of the Company’s share ownership in the Company’s subsidiary.
