To comply with Article 27 jo. Article 9 point a of Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding "Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuer or Public Company", the Company hereby announces that Pasal, Gustave, Ulysse, Braquehais has tender resignation from his position as Commissioner of the Company on 31 March 2023.
In accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding "Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuer or Public Company", the resignation will be ask for approval on the General Meeting of Shareholders that will be held in 90 days after the date of resignation.
