To comply with Article 27 jo. Article 9 point a of Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding "Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuer or Public Company", the Company hereby announces that Richard James Wiluan has tender resignation from his position as President Commissioner of the Company on 24 May 2023.
In accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding "Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuer or Public Company", the resignation will be ask for approval on the General Meeting of Shareholders that will be held in 90 days after the date of resignation.
